      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate member grievances and appeals by gathering supporting documentation
      - Communicate with members or providers to request and document pertinent information
      - Track and monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with timelines
      - Respond to regulatory agency requests for information within required timeframes
      - Maintain member privacy and adhere to quality, compliance, and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or grievance and appeal in a healthcare setting
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing professional customer service in a healthcare environment
      - Familiarity with grievance and appeals processes in a healthcare setting
