Job Description
- Req#: REF1627J
- Ensure execution of game day media logistics, including credential desk, media room and arena seating setup.
- Produce and distribute single-game credentials.
- Support team staff with statistical research projects, inquiries, and issues.
- Ensure accurate, timely in-game distribution of statistical information for media, such as box scores, milestones, and records.
- Collect and transcribe postgame audio files for internal use and distribution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous working or volunteer experience in media relations, journalism or sport is preferred.
- Working knowledge of the AHL and Toronto Marlies is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description
The Toronto Marlies are seeking an individual to join the communications team on game days. The Game Day Assistant is a valuable part of the Marlies PR team and will assist with a variety of duties. This role will support all in-game and game day media relations needs and help deliver great service to our media and broadcast partners as well as support additional duties related to digital and community. This position will be required to work all Toronto Marlies home games.
