What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with high volume customer service
- Experience and fluency in English writing
- Advanced typing skills - minimum 40 wpm
- Experience with web-based research
- Access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in gaming industry
- Proven track record of problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of company escalation policy
- Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
- Previous experience with Top Tier clients
