- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience

- Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to business needs

Job Summary
Reporting to the District Manager, as Store Manager, your main focus is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team. You will drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms, recruit, train, and coach your team, and maximize store profitability by surpassing sales and productivity targets.
