      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform repair and maintenance services in the field on fueling equipment and underground storage tanks
      - Provide support and training for field team members
      - Oversee daily service operations in a 24x7 environment
      - Schedule and assign jobs to Field Technicians to maximize efficiency and ensure service levels
      - Review work orders for accuracy and completeness for billing purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience in the trade
      - Experience supervising Field Technicians
      - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Valid driver’s license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
      - 3+ years of experience supervising Field Service Technicians
      - Experience with dispatching software systems
      - Demonstrated knowledge of critical fuel dispensing equipment and infrastructure
      - Management or leadership training
