Job Description
- Req#: 3398888
- Checks in new material, transfers, and returns if yard personnel is not available
- Collects, files, and delivers all blue tickets to management on a daily basis
- Inspects departing customers, personnel, and O&G delivery vehicles to guard against inventory discrepancies & theft
- Executes cycle counts as instructed by management
- Records data as instructed for circumstances such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of machinery or equipment
- Reacts to change productively and completes any other tasks as assigned
- Perform other similar duties as required by responsibility or necessity or as requested by supervisor
- Has the ability to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers
- Has acquired and applies knowledge of yard processes, materials, procedures, machinery, and technology
- Able to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store and yard generally weighing in excess of 25 pounds
- Able to work in inclement conditions
- Excellent customer service skills
