- Monitor and control access to the property from the gatehouse.
- Verify identification and credentials of visitors, vendors, and residents.
- Maintain a visible security presence and conduct occasional perimeter checks.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Enforce community rules and regulations with professionalism.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate with the security team.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required – must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse community.
- Valid Class D Security License required.
- Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open availability required (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
