Gather information through public and professional sources about markets, companies and the industry
Analyze data from industry databases and internal forecasting tools to develop insights and identify trends
Analyze engine and shop data and provide insights to business and develop strategies to improve GE and CFM competitive positioning
Partner with technical experts and the Product Marketers to translate technical features into value propositions for customers
Provide market insights and updates to guide strategic decision making
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding
Attending a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program studying towards a Communications/Public Relations/English/Journalism/Business/Marketing or related degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Well-organized administrative skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical problem solver
Clear communication
Able to take ownership for projects and work to challenging time limits
Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations

The Marketing summer internship is an opportunity to learn more about marketing in a B2B environment, with a highly technical product. The internship will offer the opportunity to work on diverse projects in areas such as marketing analytics, forecasting, value proposition development, market intelligence gathering and reporting, and strategy development.Job Description

Pay rates for this position begin at $18.25/hour and increase for each undergraduate year completed. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
