- Work on impactful, technically-challenging projects in the power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Analysis, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test
- Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering and Business leadership training attended alongside other GE Vernova program members from other functions and locations
- Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers
- Participate in development training with other GE Vernova Leadership and Development program members from other functions and locations
- Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS)
- Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Engineering majors stated below from an ABET accredited university
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Passion/desire to work in this industry
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing
- Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, confident, flexible in changing environments
- Strong dedication to a career in technology and a real passion for engineering
- Ability to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, learning agility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
- Demonstrated and enthusiastic leadership and teambuilding skills
- Strong team and interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment
- Proven scholastic achievements and proactive leadership skills
- Greenville, SC, Schenectady NY are potential locations for first year. Other select locations inside the US are available in the second year of the program, Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX
- Relocation package is included
- Graduation dates: December 2023 or May/June 2024
- Degrees: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other Energy Engineering related majors will be considered
