Job Purpose
We are proud and excited that Sports Endeavors is taking a giant leap into the future of production. For this role, we are looking for team members who are looking for a fast-paced work environment. Team members who are not only fast but work with accuracy and efficiency. You will be working at a station where robots will bring the work to you. - 1st shift 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 2nd shift 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.
Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties
Responsibilities: - Following instructions on a computer screen
- Scan item and put away items into tote
- Picking items out of tote base on instructions from computer
- Recognize colors and item types
- Must be able to read numbers on items and match them to numbers on the computer screen
- Any other tasks asked by a lead or supervisor
- Cross train in other areas of the facility
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to distinguish colors
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have a high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of their shift and lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must have a proven record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism
