- You will Investigate and answer questions from GEM partner sites and SNHU departments, handling issues related to admissions and advising functions, and providing detailed information on policies.
- You will track GEM AS and BA applications and supporting admissions documents for accuracy and completion, follow up with partners and coaches.
- You will enter, update and review data and records (using Colleague/Unify/Sezcetta, Banner, ServiceNow).
- You will monitor student course load, manage students' course enrollment and student withdrawals as approved by the Executive VP of Global Initiatives
- You will support special projects and audits as assigned by Manager of Enrollment Support, Director of Operations, and Executive VP of Global Initiatives and GEM team members.
- You will participate in bi-weekly GEM and GI team meetings.
- You will utilize Teams and Slack to communicate with internal team members and partner site coaches.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- One+ year of relevant experience
- 3+ years or equivalent of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
- Experience in the relevant field (Admissions, account management, advising).
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Working knowledge of database and software programs (Banner, Colleague, Salesforce, PowerBI).
- Experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Some experience reading and analyzing reports and disseminating information for a broader audience.
- Experience with CBE (Competency-based education)
- Experience with intercultural communication.
- Experience with process improvement, efficiency,
- Customer service experience is beneficial.

The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is looking for an GEM Enrollment Operations Support Specialist. The GEM Operations Support Specialist will assess and processing applications, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data, and providing customer service. You will demonstrate and have a high standard of accuracy. You will report to the Manager of Enrollment Support, and can be 100% remote. #LI-Remote
