We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist to join our team and contribute to a major tech transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) to support data extraction and transformation processes from legacy systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions to support tech and data transformation initiatives, specifically moving away from Oracle (Siebel).
Utilize Generative AI to extract and transform business logic data from Oracle Siebel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Vertex LLM and transform e-scripts (business logics) using Vertex.
Develop and maintain AI/ML models to enhance data processing and analysis.
Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of AI/ML solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
5 8 years of experience in AI/ML.
At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with tech transformations and data migration projects, particularly from Oracle Siebel.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g.AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
Understanding of ITIL/SRE principles and service operations.
