- This is a hybrid position. Onsite 3 days a week in our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070
- Build and ship full-stack AI solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify real-world business problems and develop AI solutions to solve them.
- Design multi-agent and LLM-integrated systems that are fast, scalable, and enterprise-ready.
- Integrate cloud-native services, AI Model APIs, and proprietary models into meaningful AI experiences.
- Drive rapid prototyping, validation, and iteration, then scale proven solutions to production
- Stay hands-on with the latest AI tools (AI agent orchestration stacks, prompt frameworks, and MCP or similar protocols).
- Mentor fellow engineers and share what you learn along the way.
- Be curious, ask questions, and bring the 'what if we…' ideas to life.
- Great communication skills; you can translate between engineers and business leaders.
- Cloud-native mindset: you’ve built on Azure, AWS, or GCP and know how to scale.
- Proven track record of working on full-stack AI projects, including deploying at least 1 production-ready solution of LLMs at scale. (AI agents solution is a plus)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; bonus points for React, Node, or Postgres chops.
- Strong grasp of API development, backend systems, and service-based architectures.
- Experience working with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes in real-world deployments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills and hands-on cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Demonstrated leadership in driving projects and mentoring developers in cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about innovation, with a curious, self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver, skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating across teams.
