Job Description

- Primarily responsible for preparation of accounting schedules
- Handle, review and prepare financial reports of local affiliated companies.
- Prepares assigned balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting.
- Prepares necessary journal vouchers to record adjustments for the assigned accounts.
- Prepares Financial Report Package of affiliated companies
- Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances of affiliated companies.
- Assists on the preparation of budget package of affiliated companies.
- Assists on the inventory count.
- Creates item code in Oracle system for expense and capital expenditure items.
- Prepares billings for external and related parties.
- Monitors nonbread gatepass.
- Attends to queries of internal and external stakeholders when the need arises.
- Prepares and submits documents required by internal and external audit of books and work processes.
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of experience in general accounting is preferred but not required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Open to fresh graduates
- Willing to work on-site

Working Schedule:Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)
