      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation and settlement of large commercial property claims
      - Achieve fair and timely claim dispositions while assessing indemnity and expense exposure
      - Collaborate with team members and business partners to share knowledge and expertise
      - Mentor Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters based on experience level
      - Maintain a disciplined approach to time management and organizational skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - General Adjusters must have 5+ years of experience managing complex property losses over $500,000, or 3+ years as a full file Claim Adjuster for moderately severe claims
      - Associate General Adjusters must have 3+ years of experience managing moderately severe property claims
      - Strong functional knowledge of commercial claims and ability to interpret insurance coverage
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency in cost estimation using Xactimate and MS Office, particularly Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience handling Business Income Losses
      - Good working knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
      - Consistent high level of performance and achievement throughout career
      - Ability to function in a self-reliant manner
      - Reside in the Seattle area or surrounding Pacific Northwest
