  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation and settlement of large commercial property claims
  - Achieve fair, equitable, and timely claim dispositions while assessing indemnity and expense exposure
  - Collaborate with team members and business partners to share knowledge and expertise
  - Mentor Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters based on experience level
  - Maintain consistent adherence to corporate claim settlement policies and regulatory requirements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - General Adjusters must have 5+ years of experience with complex property losses over $500,000 or 3+ years managing moderately severe commercial property claims
  - Associate General Adjusters must have 3+ years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster
  - Strong functional knowledge of commercial claims and insurance coverage interpretation
  - College degree or equivalent experience required
  - Proficiency in cost estimation using Xactimate and strong computer skills, including MS Office
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience handling Business Income Losses
  - Knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
  - Disciplined time management and organizational skills
  - Ability to work independently and self-reliantly
  - Reside in the Seattle area or surrounding Pacific Northwest locations
