      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation, valuation, disposition, and settlement of large commercial insurance property claims
      - Ensure compliance with corporate claim settlement policies, statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements
      - Assess indemnity and expense exposure of assigned claims to achieve fair and timely claim dispositions
      - Mentor Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters
      - Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance claim handling expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for complex property losses over $300,000 for General Adjuster; 3+ years for Associate General Adjuster
      - Strong functional knowledge of commercial claims and ability to interpret and apply insurance coverage
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Proven high level of performance and achievement throughout career
      - Proficiency in cost estimation, preferably using Xactimate, and MS Office knowledge (e.g., Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing moderately severe property claims for Associate General Adjuster
      - Good understanding of regional jurisdictional issues
      - Disciplined time management and organizational skills
      - Ability to function independently and self-reliantly
      - Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations
