      Description

      Job Overview:

      The GFEBS General Clerk III will support APTIM Federal Services and the Work Order team by successfully completing and updating Service Orders utilizing systems including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Maximo, and Army Maintenance Activity (ArMA). This position also provides backup support to Service Order Dispatch team as needed while ensuring proficiency of work and meeting deadlines while adhering to office procedures.

      Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

      • Create and maintain material items in GFEBS
      • Apply labor, material, and service costs in GFEBS
      • Add complete notes into GFEBS for DMO and PMO orders
      • Create, update, and maintain PMO plans as well as arrange for auto generation of all preventative maintenance that is required on the Department of Public Works (DPW) contract
      • Investigate and correct errors related to costs, completion dates, and times while working through all orders in GFEBS and Maximo
      • Complete and submit Cost Movement paperwork to Payroll or Procurement for costs that were applied to an order in error
      • Complete orders in GFEBS for all DMO and PMO orders after all the correct costs have been applied
      • Manually complete orders to remove from backlog of incomplete or outstanding orders
      • Other job duties as assigned

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Must have at least 1 years of experience being a General Clerk lll
      • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

      Wage Rates & Union Benefits

      Wage rates and fringe benefits for this position are governed by terms of a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the company and a union with jurisdiction for the job location.

      CBAs for union projects typically include a retirement plan (such as a pension, annuity, or 401(k)), health insurance (e.g., medical, dental, vision), and other benefits. APTIM pays the costs for some fringe benefit plans for employees working on union projects. Under some CBAs, however, you may be required to contribute a percentage of your wages toward the cost of these benefits.

      Additionally, you may also qualify for paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid vacation, and supplemental insurance plans (e.g., life, short-term disability, long-term disability). The CBA contains the terms and conditions of eligibility as well as information about any costs to you.

      As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $21.31 per hour.
