- Operating a multi-line phone system, assisting in various administrative matters, maintaining financial and other records both manually and electronically, verifying the accuracy and completeness of statistical reports, compiling information, and handling and adjusting complaints.
- Must have a minimum of five years of related office administrative experience and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, and the candidate will be required to learn the GSA's NCMMs system of preventive maintenance tracking.
- Experience with Maximo CMMS software is a plus.
