We manufacture commercial lighting solutions, advanced graphic and image solutions, digital and retail display solutions.

      We are looking for General Labor to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio.

      Summary:

      General labor is considered an entry level job position. Candidates hired in this position could work in multiple departments and in multiple workstations within those departments depending on work demand. Employees will need to be versatile to fill this role.

      Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

      • Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and verbal instructions.
      • Inspect parts for defects report any deficiencies to the Supervisor.
      • Comply with all company and industry production and safety procedures and practices.
      • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

      Job Requirements:

      • Must be willing to rotate on different jobs in different departments.
      • Be able to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
      • Responsible for his/her own quality of product.
      • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
      • Use of basic hand tools.
      • Must wear required PPE equipment.
      • Be punctual and maintain good attendance.
      • Have reliable transportation.
      • Be capable of standing 8 hours and handle heavy lifting.

      Key Performance Indicators:

      • Must be a self-motivated reliable team player.
      • Must be dependable, on time.
      • Must be able to work 40 hr. schedule, plus mandatory overtime as required per production needs.

      Physical Demands:

      • Standing for up to 8 – 10 hours a day.
      • Lifting to 50 lbs. frequency 25% of shift.
      • Able to withstand high temperatures during summer months.
