- Participate in production meetings and prepare for daily tasks starting at 6am.
- Dismantle frames used for previous night's pours.
- Cut and stage finished rebar into frames for the day's pour.
- Coordinate with the team for pouring concrete towards the end of the day.
- Complete pours and clean up the facility before allowing them to set overnight.
- General Labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
- Problem-solving skills

Job Title: General Labor
Job Description
We are seeking adaptable and trainable candidates who are ready to contribute to the creation of our finished products. Every day is unique in this role, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn. Candidates will be involved in the entire process from building steel wire cages for concrete frames, mixing concrete in preparation stations, pouring concrete into wet or dry cast equipment, reading blueprints for punching holes in concrete boxes, and performing general cleaning.

Work Environment
Work in a large manufacturing facility that resembles a construction site, equipped with dry and wet cast buildings. The environment is not climate-controlled, making it hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Expect a dirty and dusty setting with overhead cranes used for moving massive concrete boxes. Safety is prioritized, and candidates will receive necessary PPE including Metatarsal boots, hard hats, and hearing and eye protection. The dress code requires wearing jeans and a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt, avoiding loose clothing. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, with possible additional hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
