- Performs general duties as assignes
- Grinding
- Shot blasting
- Operating a press
- Stamping
- Operating a Saw
- Perform quality checks using Quality Department approved tools to determine accuracy to blueprint
- Inform the necessary supervisor/lead person of any equipment-related problems or concerns that may affect the quality of parts produced.
- Clocking on jobs and parts accurately
- Follow instructions from all TMF Center and equipment documentation, including Shop Traveler, equipment manuals, and blueprints.
- Maintain all required documentation
- Exhibits consistent safe working habits
- Wears all required Personal protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain clean, clutter-free work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A willingness to learn and be trained on various General Labor tasks.
- General skills with hand and air tools
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read different measuring tools
- Ability to routinely bend and squat
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs, ladders, or platforms
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to repetitively grasp
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a safety-sensitive position. This work is performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate to high levels of noise due to machinery and equipment processes. This position requires the use of personal protective equipment for safety compliance and may include overtime as deemed necessary by management.
