  Job Details:

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Location: Ruskin, FL
  • Pay: $22/hour
  • Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (potentially 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays)
  • Environment: Loud, fast-paced, and occasionally chaotic—but always rewarding.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Replace and install yellow fabric materials with precision and care.
  • Manage and track inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse settings.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, rivet guns, pallet jacks).
  • Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, pulling, and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious team player.

  Bonus Skills:

  • Carpentry or commercial construction experience.
  • Ability to assemble metal workstations and shelving units.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
