We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER to join our team in Hamilton!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday work schedule, 11am-8pm;
• LOTS of overtime!

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently shunt trucks in and out of trans-load area;
• Reporting vehicle defects in Guide TI;
• Incoming inspection of raw materials received for contamination, foreign objects, and rendering exclusions;
• Maintain fat and bone /organic dump sheet and product traceability;
• Generate Bills of Lading for fat and bone / organic loads. Include the date, product type, and destination.

Key Qualifications for Position:

• Technical knowledge;
• Physical ability to climb up and down ladders and stairs;
• Flexible and able to deal with change including scheduling changes;
• Previous truck shunting / forklift experience an asset
• Able to work a steady afternoon shift.
