      About Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche, Saudi Arabia :

      The project will be located within the Corniche District, where both guests and homeowners will be enchanted by views of the Red Sea and Jeddah’s classic architecture, reflecting the city’s 2000 years of history. Key business hubs, the historic area of Al-Balad, the Tahlia Street shopping district and the Formula 1 Jeddah Street circuit will be in close proximity to the upcoming Four Seasons, giving future travelers and residents alike reason to visit and live in the increasingly popular metropolitan destination, also known as New Jeddah Corniche.

      Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche will include 269 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments for short and long-term stays and 64 Private Residences including two penthouses.

      Fusing community, convenience and comfort, guests and residents can enjoy Four Seasons renowned service and unrivalled luxury lifestyle experience through the Hotel’s amenity and dining options, including pools, fitness centers, spas, Kids for All Seasons, and multiple restaurants with terraces for open-air dining, an outdoor shisha lounge, a cigar lounge and more. Meeting and event space will total 4,000 square meters .

      In addition to amenities available from the adjoining Hotel, homeowners at Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche will have exclusive access to a private resident’s lounge, outdoor terrace, fitness centers and valet service .

      The Role of General Manager :

      We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned General Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche opening team!

      Reporting into the Regional Vice President, y ou will take the lead in project managing the opening of this incredible property . You will also be an active team player in strengthening our Four Seasons Saudi Arabia collection; creative in identifying opportunities to maximise development opportunities within the collection.

      Our General Manager will lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after . You will be responsible for the successful guest service delivery for the hotel and will be an active part of the local community . You will provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel, establish plans of character, integrity and of quality, which results in the continued life, growth and profitability of the business and take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of our hotel guests and employees .

      Our Ideal General Manager candidate will have:

      Luxury Hotel General Management experience , opening and project lead experience, sense of business development with strength in new markets, and have a strong revenue and yield management background . A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or t ourism is an employment visa requirement for Saudi Arabia.

      A dynamic and hands-on operational leader with a strong passion for people development , have an entrepreneurial spirit , be a brand and guest ambassador with the ability to challenge the norm and be solution oriented , and have an innovative approach to creatively position the overall hotel product .

      A bility to lead pre-opening and post-opening budgets, you will be a strong project manager and visionary who can think big picture yet able to execute on ideas and have a nimble mindset particularly in opening year to establish operating procedures .

      A seasoned leader with diplomacy and the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders inside and outside the resort (Owners, Community), the ability to engage with ownership on strategies to increase revenues and understand their needs and be able to draw a long-term vision for the hotel .

      S trong finance/business acumen , an appreciation for luxury best-in-class to deliver world class product and services and ensure infusion of local heritage and culture in our product and service offerings . A driver of excellence in service delivery and passionate about quality.
