Job Description

The purpose of this position is to lead the organization in leveraging digital technologies and digital first culture to stay competitive and relevant for the future

Strategy Planning & Implementation Road map: Develop and implement digital strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and a multiyear roadmap to realize the Digital Strategy for Bosch India

Transformation: Promote & Implement initiatives to drive Bosch India's digital transformation for effectively managing change processes that results in successful implementation, adoption and digital first culture

Building Center of Excellence: Establish center of excellence for various technology areas to accelerate the adoption of technologies and build internal and external capability

Enterprise Applications: Expertise in Enterprise Application portfolio rationalization. Design, Plan and implement large ERP programs

Digital Innovation: Initiate and Promote digital innovation initiatives that enable the exploration and implementation of transformative digital solutions, technologies and processes to drive business growth, operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience

Digital Capability Development: Decide and build future digital skills, competency, capacity and foundational abilities required to enhance the digital maturity of Bosch India to become a Digital Enterprise.

Budget Planning and Management: Monitor the budget and forecast of spend on Digital solutions and personnel to ensure effective and efficient utilization of funds

Stakeholder Management: Promote a culture of collaboration with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to foster a robust Digital ecosystem

People Management: Foresee and develop current and future competencies, align digital transformation organization to the business needs and manage resources to enhance employee experience

Communication Management: Plan and create an effective communication plan to address the digital transformation and convey the transformation initiatives

Qualifications

B.E in any Engineering field. Computer science, Info science would be advantageous

Post Graduation in Digital Transformation or M.Tech or MBA in relevant areas

Experience

15 plus years of overall experience in Technology Management, Business process, Digital transformation programs 5 plus years experience in defining & executing Technology strategy & Implementation Roadmap, Organizational Change Management

Experience in Project and program management, addressing data security for large projects

Experience in setting up of CoEs/new teams

Experience in Digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises specially Auto OE and Auto ancillary

Experience in Enterprise wide transformation covering all value streams viz., Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Corporate functions

Experience of working in technology led projects like AI, Data Science, Blockchain, IoT

Experience of customer relationship management/ Key Account Management (internal / external

Experience in running a Data Office for Data Analytics and exposure to work with different business models is desirable

Experience of managing large ERP implementations, preferably SAP

Knowledge:

Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Proficient in Digital Technologies

Proficient in Enterprise Applications, preferably SAP

Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, Preferably TOGAF certified

Competent in Data Science, Data Analytics, Blockchain, IoT, RPA

Functional Skills

Proficient in developing a Technology Solution for business requirements

Proficient in Enterprise Business Processes and Manufacturing value streams

Proficient knowledge on Business Models and provide applicable Technology Solutions

Advanced knowledge and experience of leveraging Design thinking and UX in projects

Proficient in implementing transformational Initiatives leveraging technologies and leading change management programs

Proficient in strategy development, executive stakeholder management. Background in Corporate Strategy and deriving Digital strategy for the same is a must

Proficient in understanding business use cases for real time application of technology
