- Lead and manage the activities of multiple manufacturing departments and approximately 170 plant personnel.
- Directly supervise and develop area department managers.
- Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and operational performance.
- Establish a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration from leadership to hourly staff.
- Partner with HR and EHS to support positive employee relations and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
- Manage budgets and performance metrics; align resources with production goals.
- Support and enforce corporate initiatives, policies, and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
- Proven leader with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated success in heavy industrial or hot working environments; seal industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of budget management, cost-output analysis, and process optimization.
- Experience working in or with unionized facilities is preferred, though not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution ability, and a sense of urgency.
- Background in safety management and OSHA policy compliance is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field required.

Position Overview
We are seeking a General Manager – Manufacturing Operations (Primary/Hot Rolling) to lead manufacturing operations at our Latrobe, PA facility. This high-impact role oversees key production areas, including Melting, Press, and Continuous Rolling Mill, and is responsible for delivering results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is a critical leadership position backfilling a promotion and offers the opportunity to shape the culture and operational performance of the plant.
