      We are hiring a General Manager for our AC Hotel, in St. Louis, Missouri. Located in the heart of the Central West End and close to Forest Park, this property offers flexible open spaces, purposeful design and signature moments. Everything here has been tailored to create a comfortable, elegant and effortless stay. Guest rooms offer European design and modern amenities. Choose a room with a city view to see the famous landmark St. Louis Gateway Arch.

      The Ideal Candidate has:

      • Great sales and networking skills in order to assist a sales & marketing team to remain competitive in the relevant market.
      • A proven track record in driving GSS.
      • Hired, mentored and led teams to outstanding results.
      • Hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results.
      • Prior General Management experience required, pre-opening and Marriott brand experience preferred.

      Being a Concord GM

      As the General Manager you will support our company mission statement, and you will be an ambassador to our five cornerstones. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high achieving team. Leading by example, your employees will be focused on providing excellent guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible to liaise with Marriott Brand Representatives, our owners and with Concord, and to orchestrate brand training with your staff.

      Our GM’s administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. You will be accountable for attaining budgeted revenues and profit margins, providing attention to detail in standards, and meeting operational deadlines that are in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures.

      Concord GM’s are active leaders with the company and the community and serve as role models through involvement in city organizations and networking.

      Concord provides unmatched property support including our own IT Services, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Accounting and HR Support and guidance.
