      Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Confidential Search

      Schedule: Consistent with two days off per week - no late-night shifts

      About the Opportunity:

      A respected, full-service restaurant and bar in Rancho Cucamonga s conducting a confidential search for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations. Known for its scratch kitchen and commitment to fresh, high-quality dishes, this concept seeks a leader who can foster a positive team culture while ensuring operational excellence and a memorable guest experience.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and guest service
      • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor targets within budget
      • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
      • Build, train, and lead a team of both FOH and BOH employees
      • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
      • Maintain compliance with health codes and labor regulations
      • Address guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
      • Drive a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability across the restaurant
      What We're Looking For:
      • Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant setting
      • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
      • Experience managing both front and back of house operations
      • Strong understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and team development
      • Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and quality
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
