- Developing and executing MLHD’s Virtual Health Strategy in alignment with statewide priorities.
- Leading complex change initiatives to embed virtual care as a standard component of integrated service delivery.
- Overseeing the design, implementation and evaluation of virtual health programs, ensuring compliance with governance, privacy and digital health standards.
- Building strong partnerships with clinical teams, Executive Leadership, consumers, NSW Health, technology partners and community organisations.
- Driving innovation in telehealth, remote monitoring, virtual wards and digital therapeutics.
- Supporting workforce capability building, education and leadership development to enable virtual health transformation.
- A proven ability to influence and inspire clinicians to embrace virtual models of care.
- Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and embedding new models of practice
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate virtual care concepts into clear clinical and patient benefits
- Experience leading workforce capability uplift and redesign in support of digital and virtual care delivery.

Location: Negotiable, across MLHD sites - Wagga Wagga or Griffith, NSW.
Remuneration: $147,653.00 - $175,917.00 per annum + super + 17.5% leave loading

As the General Manager - Virtual Health Services, you will lead the strategic development, implementation and operational management of out-of-hospital virtual health services across Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).
