Duties
Manages a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant (Name Brand Casual Dining). Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
In addition to the base salary, applicant could receive a monthly incentive based on financial results that meet or exceed budgeted percentages for Labor and Cost of Goods sold. 60% will be based on Labor goals and 40% based on Cost of Goods goals. Also, an annual incentive, evaluated at the end of the Fiscal Year, can be realized dependent upon achieving a 3% over budgeted Gross Sales. Incentive will be the difference between the budgeted and actual Sales. Must sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Must complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.
Will be required to complete five (5) months of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT) program to be at a location specified by Texas Roadhouse. Training and travel expenses will be paid or compensated under temporary duty status for employee only. Employee will be responsible for reimbursing NAFI the cost of training in the event of separation prior to the completion of service agreement. Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.Requirements

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Possess minimum two years of experience in a management position at a Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant. Possess experience reviewing guest programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Possess experience reviewing financial reports and developing restaurant budget. Possess supervisory experience.

Must possess at least one of the following to be considered highly-qualified: Possess minimum two years' experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, Multi-Unit Manager of a Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant (not fast food) or other multi-unit management experience.
Possess experience coordinating the marketing of guest programs.
Possess experience in opening/launching a new Name Brand Casual Dining (NBCD) restaurant or related hospitality business.
