Grade UE08: £49,559 to £60,907 per annum (pro rata)
College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine/Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies/Hospital for Small Animals
Part time: 28 hours per week plus maximum of 1 in 5 Saturday mornings
Fixed term: 14 months
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an individual with significant experience in all aspects of primary care small animal practice to be part of a vibrant and exciting vet team.
Based at the Easter Bush Campus, Edinburgh, you will be responsible for a share of our first opinion feline and canine caseload, clinical undergraduate teaching and supporting core clinical research activities.
We are situated within the Hospital for Small Animals, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies and have access to state-of-the-art facilities including an on-site MRI facility, CT scanner and a wealth of other diagnostic modalities.
The role offers the post holder an outstanding opportunity to develop an exciting career in the primary care sector with ample scope to develop novel interests and clinical skills. The post holder will join a dynamic team who are committed to delivering gold standard patient and client care whilst also training the next generation of primary care veterinarians.

The full time salary for this post is £49,559 to £60,907 per annum (pro rata), please be aware this role is 0.8FTE.
