      Main duties of the job

      Due to retirement of our senior partner, we are looking to recruit a GP with a view to partnership for between 4-5 sessions per week. This is an ideal opportunity to practice excellent General Practice medicine in combination with a portfolio career, outside interests, or caring responsibilities.

      John Hampden Surgery is a small, friendly, village practice located in the beautiful Mid Chiltern countryside with easy access to the M40 and M1. We are a small team with a supportive and caring attitude for staff and patients alike.

      Full support is provided by our existing clinicians and practice management staff in a culture where training and personal development are encouraged, 4 partner, village GMS practice

      2. Treatment Planning:

        • Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

      3. Clinical Procedures:

        • Perform minor surgical procedures and other relevant clinical tasks.
        • Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings.
      4. Patient Records Management:

        • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
        • Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.
      5. Team Collaboration:

        • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
        • Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
      6. Professional Development:

        • Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices.
        • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.
      7. Emergency Care:

        • Provide immediate care in medical emergencies.

      Qualifications:

      • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
      • Valid medical license and GP registration.
