- Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management
- Prescribing for patients, regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions
- Provide a highly specialist resource to other members of the healthcare team at site, as well as the patients you work with having active involvement in clinical governance and effectiveness activities. The prison houses around 624 patients with a variety of complex needs including long term conditions. Within this role you will will work closely with the multidisciplinary team include another GP's to deliver high quality healthcare services
