General Production | $18+HR | 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking General Production workers for the 1st shift Machine Operator position. The work hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM if overtime is required. Some Saturdays may be required. You will be trained to operate a variety of machines and perform tasks related to quality control, troubleshooting, and machine setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a variety of machines.
• Inspect small parts such as screws and bolts for quality defects.
• Run two machines simultaneously based on workload.
• Troubleshoot machines and assist with setups.
• Work with epoxy as needed.
• Use hand tools to loosen parts.
• Change pumps and perform setups on machines.
• Load and unload parts into machines.
• Apply sealant to fasteners.
• Hand feed machines and package parts.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Sort and package parts.
• Cross-train in other departments.
• Stand in one spot for extended periods.
• Utilize micrometers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
