      What will you do? Support sales excellence strategies implementation, processes and initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance and enhance commercial effectiveness Supporting other teams’ member in training and coaching to the sales team on best practices, sales methodologies, and tools to improve sales effectiveness and achieve sales target. Drive the adoption and utilization of sales enablement tools, CRM systems and other platforms to streamline processes and enhance sales efficiencies Maintains sales process documentation, training materials, Internal website/SP to support consistent and effective sales execution What qualifications will make you successful? Currently studying towards a degree in one of the following fields: in Business Administration; Marketing or related field. Pro-active attitude to sales operations, sales effectiveness or similar commercial role Great analytical skills with the motivation to learn how analyze complex data, identify trends and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt a fast-paces and dynamic improvement. Multitasking Fluent in verbal and written English, Dutch is plus. #LI-MM6 What's in it for me?
