Job Description

- Ensure daily security and guest services operations comply with company procedures, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks.
- Create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor and subcontractors, and ensure accurate payroll and timely collections.
- Suggest operational strategies to improve execution and add value cost-effectively.
- Communicate goals to the game-day operations team and maintain accurate records for internal and external reports.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to improve satisfaction and meet regularly to meet needs.
- Supervise and coach subordinates to maintain morale, skills proficiency, and productivity. Responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, developing, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll records and staff scheduling.
- Adhere to budget constraints, including overtime, labor percentages, profit rate, open post rate, and revenue.
- Be on-call during weekends/evenings as needed and travel up to 25%.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of operations, service, field, or project management experience
- Preferred experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear. Occasionally required to climb, stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders. Work in confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.

BEST Crowd Management seeks a General Manager - Security and Crowd Management to oversee and coordinate activities for optimal efficiency and profitability. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coach and train the operations workforce to enhance individual skills.
