- 10+ years of experience in construction project management and general sign contracts
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and experienc ein the sign business
