      This National Guard position is for a General Supply Specialist (Title 5), Position Description Number T5801900 and is part of the 151 LRS located in SLC UT, with the Utah Air National Guard.

      This vacancy is opened to the public, to those currently or previously served in the UTNG M-Day or DSG. (Must submit ERB/ORB or DD-214/NGB-22 and Veteran's Preference apply).

      The selecting supervisor for this vacancy is TSgt Dave Sackett.

      Qualifications


      *Your resume must reflect in detail how the duties and responsibilities under each position you have held with each employer meets the below listed general and specialized experience required for the position.

      **Must include beginning and ending dates of employment stated as MM/YYYY; and total hours worked per week in order to determine part time vs. full time credit.

      GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
      Experience, education or training involving administration of supply management, storage, cataloging, packaging and distribution or other work which provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.

      ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
      Must have SECRET security clearance.
      Must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
      Must have ANG Accounting Systems background in DEAMS/AROWS/DTS/ILS-S.

      SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
      At least 1 year or experience at the GS-2001-7? *must submit SF 50*
      OR
      Must have demonstrated ability researching documents or other resources to coordinate inventory requirements. Knowledge of stock levels, inventory, shipping, receiving, requisitioning and requirements of supplies and equipment. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply management, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Demonstrated experience with cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for supply activities..
