POSITION SUMMARY:
Griffin Health is seeking a dependable and skilled General Tradesperson (2nd shift, 3pm-11:30pm) to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks including limited mechanical repairs, painting, and preventive maintenance to help ensure the smooth operation and safety of our healthcare environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform basic mechanical repairs on facility equipment and systemsCarry out general painting and surface preparation tasks
Conduct routine preventive maintenance as directed
Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation
Assist with other general facilities maintenance as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in general maintenance, trades, or facilities-related roles
Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Must be able to work in strained or awkward positions. Frequent stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working at various heights. Occasional lifting of heavy equipment and materials
