  A leader in delivering exceptional electrical and mechanical solutions to residential customers is seeking a Generator Service Technician to join their team in Exton, PA.
  
  This role involves maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting residential generators, with a strong emphasis on Generac and Kohler systems. This role is 7am-3:30pm services the Exton, PA area.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction during all service interactions.
  - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential generator systems following manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  - Work independently to deliver on-site service, providing honest recommendations to empower customers in decision-making.
  - Support the development of team members by sharing knowledge and expertise in a collaborative environment.
  - Ensure accurate and timely completion of digital documentation and task-related reports with meticulous attention to detail.

  
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  

  Key Qualifications:
  
  - A minimum of 5 years of experience in generator service and preventative maintenance.
  - A high school diploma or GED.
  - A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  - Proficiency in using technology, including iPads and professional email communication.
  - Familiarity with local and state residential electrical codes.
  - Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development.
