      In this role, you will lead business integrity in a major country and/or across multiple countries, identify business needs and lead implementation for compliance and integrity learning. You will direct compliance investigations and make determinations on them, and lead and advise the business on risk intelligence, anticipating and addressing internal and external factors.

      How you will contribute

      You will develop and implement a compliance and integrity program to promote legal and ethical behavior, establish a culture of compliance and integrity, and protect and enhance the company’s reputation. Using various forums (e.g., the Risk, Controls and Compliance Assurance Committee), you will assess risk intelligence and implement methods (e.g., risk profiles) to ensure that management is making reasonable and informed decisions regarding compliance risks. In addition, you will develop and deploy compliance and integrity training and oversee or conduct compliance Investigations in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines

      What you will bring

      • A degree and background in law, internal controls, audit, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, security, HR, quality, or similar area
      • Significant experience assessing, advising, and training on ethics and compliance topics such as anti-bribery and corruption, particularly FCPA, competition law, kickbacks, investigations, employee relations, training, communications, enterprise risk management, advising/coaching and dispute resolution in a multinational company
      • Highest level of integrity and trust; highly credible and willing to express it
      • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
      • Demonstrated experience navigating and presenting at all levels of organization, especially senior management, in a collaborative environment
      • Proactive style with ability to reply quickly to incidents while maintaining a sense of collaboration

      Propósito del cargo:

      El Gerente de Seguridad Venezuela será responsable de desarrollar y liderar la ejecución de las estrategias de seguridad global a nivel Nacional. Además, garantizara que el negocio tenga conocimiento y las herramientas para abordar y ejecutar actividades de seguridad, en cumplimiento con políticas corporativas y requerimientos legales y regulatorios. Es responsable por identificar y mitigar riesgos existentes y potenciales que puedan afectar la compañía, las personas, los productos y las instalaciones.

      Conocimientos y destrezas:

      • Licenciado de una universidad reconocida.
      • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
      • Integridad profesional y personal impecable.
      • Claro entendimiento de manejo de presupuesto y procesos financieros.
      • Habilidades verbales y escritas, incluido hablar en público en español y preferiblemente en inglés.
      • Amplio conocimiento y entendimiento de gerencia de seguridad en una empresa multinacional.
      • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia militar, o en seguridad pública o privada.

      Principales funciones:

      • Liderar la planificación, desarrollo e implementación de planes de seguridad, programas y procesos; incluyendo por ejemplo seguridad física, protección ejecutiva, defensa alimenticia, gerencia de incidentes de seguridad y planificación de emergencia dentro de los límites del presupuesto.
      • Dirigir las investigaciones de seguridad (Ej.: robos, sabotajes, amenazadas físicas) según la dirección e instrucción de la integridad del negocio.
      • Responsable del manejo de los contratistas de seguridad para MDLZ Venezuela.
      • Mantener un buen conocimiento laboral relevante de las tendencias de la industria y problemas de seguridad.
