      As part of the larger GFS Technology and Compliance Team, GFS Compliance is accountable for the effective operation of all controls (SOx and FCF) across GFS. GFS owns approximately 35% of the AZ SOx business controls and effective design and operation of these controls is fundamental to AZ’s license to operate. GFS Compliance works across all GFS sites and towers they work with project, transition and process teams to provide recommendations on controls and ensure they are effectively designed and implemented. As GFS seeks to drive further standardization of processes and increase productivity, GFS Compliance is impacted both through changes made by process towers and directly through the need to standardize and automate controls.


      The candidate will be involved in internal controls testing, analyzing activities split (handshake) between GFS (Global Financial Services - service organization) and EF (Embedded Finance - site finance), standardization of internal controls across organizations in scope.

      Requirements:

      • Internal controls background, or finance background with a strong interest in internal controls / financial compliance topics
      • Fluent English is required
      • Polish language is not required


      Posting is closing at Ma r ch 1 8 th 202 4 . All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. S elected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. In the middle of May, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

      The internships will start in July and last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. We work in a hybrid scheme, be prepared to work partially office based.
