- Operate computerized cash register
- Oversee the Gift Shop week days when volunteers or other Gift Shop Associates are unavailable
- Provide quality customer services
- Learn about each department in the hospital in an effort to better serve our guests
- Foster good working relations with volunteers, regardless of differences
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous retail experience
