Job Description
- Req#: FOODR009153
- Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table prior to food being delivered
- Pick up order allowing for proper distribution.
- Condiments will be delivered before or at the time the food is served
- Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services
- Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host
- All food should be served from the right with the right hand
- Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order
- Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean, and side work is properly completed
- Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately
- Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner
- Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
- Pre-bus tables as guest’s finish their dish
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
- Polish Silverware
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
- Previous Food-Runner Experience or Food and Beverage experience required.
- Must have an excellent upbeat attitude with the ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
- This position requires all employees to wear black slip resistant shoes as part of their uniform
