What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop system hardware specifications, design strategies, documentation, and plans
- Provide support for planning, design, and implementation of enterprise GIS solutions
- Coordinate with Agency IT leads to ensure systems align with policy and enterprise strategies
- Guide technical team and translate requirements
- Stay up to date on ESRI technology and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Masters degree in geography, technology, science, engineering, business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience supporting IT/GIS system and data integration projects
- Advanced knowledge of Esri platform
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Strong understanding of IT governance, infrastructure, and security
