What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize geographic information systems (GIS) and location intelligence tools to support leasing, marketing, and development initiatives
- Maintain a well-organized GIS platform with accurate geospatial data relevant to retail real estate
- Conduct analyses integrating GIS data and non-geospatial data into custom reports and visualizations
- Research and evaluate new geospatial data sources to enhance GIS platforms
- Collaborate with various functional groups to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree in geography, GIS, urban planning, or a relevant business field
- 3+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Working knowledge of business analytics and traditional research methods
- Understanding of the shopping center industry and retail leasing
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or AI and machine learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mobile device location data and real estate data sets (e.g., Placer.ai, Costar)
- Strong problem-solving skills within a high-output work environment
