      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the client’s Resource Uses, Decisions, and Description (RUDD) Program by creating a Small Language Model to process Land Use Planning documents
      - Generate metadata, reports, data, code, scripts, and system documentation as required
      - Manage and present metadata data using tools like CSS, ESRI ArcMap, and XML
      - Develop scripts, tools, or dashboards for managing data and addressing data issues
      - Deliver technical documentation and training materials for non-technical audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of application development experience
      - Proficiency in using AI and Small Language Models
      - Experience with programming/scripting languages such as R, Python, VBA, or VB.Net
      - Familiarity with metadata standards and procedures, including FGDC and ISO standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mobile data collection applications, particularly in offline workflows
      - Proven ability to deliver technical content to non-technical audiences
      - Examples of workflow or guidance documentation developed and technical trainings presented
