      Responsibilities

      Tasks

      • Develop Internet-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
      • Develop specialized computer software routines
      • Generate maps and related graphs and charts
      • Plan map content, format and design and compile required data from aerial photographs, survey notes, records, reports and other maps
      • Train staff
      • Write specifications and technical reports
      • Apply quality control procedure
      • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
