What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced GIS tasks, including creating, editing, and managing datasets and project-based map layouts
- Conduct high-level analysis of data using the ESRI ArcGIS software suite
- Develop geodatabase schemas and analysis methods to support project goals
- Guide collaboration with team members to ensure consistency and quality in work products
- Provide technical support and training to team members and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of GIS
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in GIS-related software, specifically ESRI ArcGIS Pro v3.x
- Experience with CAD products, including Autodesk Map or Civil 3D

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GISP and/or ESRI Certification
- Experience in developing automation within the ArcGIS environment using scripting languages such as Python
